Hiking in the Arrábida Natural Park
The Arrábida Natural Park is a nature reserve on the Setúbal peninsula with its highest point, 501 metres, at the Pico do Formosinho. The park stretches out over 35 kilometres.
Approximately 1400 plant species are concentrated in this area, representing 40% of the Portuguese flora.
The natural park is included in international conservation networks and the whole territory is classified as an area of special conservation interest – CORINE Biotope.
There are several trails in the park where you will be accompanied by experienced guides.
