Stand Up Paddle boarding, or SUP, is a unique activity that combines the serenity of nature with the thrill of adventure, offering an unforgettable experience for all ages and levels.

Imagine gliding across crystal clear water, surrounded by beautiful nature and feeling completely at peace with the world around you.

The history of Stand Up Paddle boarding

Stand up paddle boarding is a relatively new water sport that originated in Hawaii. It was first practised by surf instructors who stood on their boards to have a better view of their students. In the 2000s, SUP became more popular and surfers started using it as an alternative to surfing on days with few waves. Since then, SUP has become one of the fastest-growing water sports in the world and is practised by people of all ages and skill levels.
